The highlight and oldest event of the annual Fair is selling horses in the central area of the village. We used to have cows, pigs, goats, rabbits and poultry as well but after several international breakouts of transmittable diseases they were all forbidden at open air markets. Nowadays most good and expensive horses are traded on the internet so we literally have leftovers at these traditional markets. There used to be 5 streets filled with animals, now we have parts of 2. The market stalls with cloths, flower(bulb)s, etc. have taken over the empty spaces.
